For weddings and large events, we recommend reaching out 6–12 months in advance. For smaller events like showers and birthday parties, 2–3 months is usually plenty. That said — reach out whenever you're ready. We'll always let you know about our availability.

Absolutely. Our Partial Planning package is designed exactly for this situation. You keep control of the decisions you've already made, and we fill in the gaps, coordinate vendors, and handle the day-of execution.
We're based in Syracuse and serve all of Central New York — including Onondaga, Oswego, Madison, and Cayuga counties. If you're unsure whether we cover your area, just ask. We may travel for the right event.
Every event is different, so pricing varies. Our packages start at $800 for Day-Of Coordination, $1,800 for Partial Planning, and $3,200 for Full-Service Planning. We'll give you a clear, honest quote after learning about your specific event during your consultation.
